Over a 25 year career in the Resort Development Industry, I have developed the most effective sales system in the industry. The Relationship Approach To Sales is described as a non-manipulative, non self-serving, life enhancing approach to sales based on universal principals of effective interpersonal relations. Fractional Ownership is an idea whose time has come. But, is it the right choice for your project? When considering a project, I evaluate ten criteria that we use to determine viability. A project has to be in alignment with eight of the ten criteria before we would recommend the Fractional Ownership plan. I can come onsite for a day or two and complete a SWOT Analysis and make a recommendation. While not a full feasibility study, a SWOT Analysis determines, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Following a favorable analysis, I would then entertain a consulting contract to make sure that the developer does not make any serious mistakes as he/she enters the Fractional Ownership arena. I have a roster of the most experienced industry professionals upon whom I can call for assistance in all areas of Fractional Ownership.
