Fractional Ownership is
an idea whose time has come. But, is it the right choice for your project? When considering a project, I evaluate ten criteria
that we use to determine viability. A project has to be in alignment with eight of the ten criteria before we would recommend
the Fractional Ownership plan. I can come onsite for a day or two and complete a SWOT Analysis and make a recommendation.
While not a full feasibility study, a SWOT Analysis determines, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Following
a favorable analysis, I would then entertain a consulting contract to make sure that the developer does not make any
